Guava BBQ Sauce

Use it in marinades: A marinade of BBQ sauce or even soy sauce and Guava Gourmet Marmalade can be used on all sorts of proteins, from meat to chicken to seafood and fish to even tofu.

Try taking chicken drummettes, and drizzle them with a simple sauce of Guava Gourmet Jam, soy, lemon and allspice. As the chicken bakes, tropical flavors intensify and the drumettes become coated with a wonderful thick glaze. .

Whisk it into salad dressings: Any type of vinaigrette sweetened with Guava Gourmet Jam is delicious on arugula, spinach or kale salads. And it works well with quinoa too.

Marinate with it: Basting meats and seafood is easy and your family and guests will love it. You can mix Guava Gourmet Jam with other favorite basting or marinating ingredients like soy sauce, lemon or lime juice, balsamic vinegar, melted butter or olive oil, and even chicken or vegetable broth.  Just marinate a few hours and roast.  Delicious!

Kick Up Stuffed Pork:  Stuff pork your favorite way, whether roast or chops. Then kick it up a notch by making a sauce by deglazing the pan with a bit of wine, and then adding a little broth and ¼ cup of jam.. Spoon sauce over the top of your meat.

Bake cod or talapia (or any mild white fish) steaks with fresh rosemary, a splash of white wine and a spoonful or two of Guava Gourmet   Marmalade

Spruce up your vegetables; after you have just tenderly cooked your broccoli or brussel sprouts, mix 2 Tbsp of Guava Gourmet Marmalade with 1 tbsp of water in a pan, toss in the cooked vegetables to coat, and they will never turn up their noses at vegetables again.
